Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Widget Pet service.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
Capitalized terms have the meanings given in this section or elsewhere in these Terms. Definitions apply in both singular and plural.
1.2 Definitions
-Application means the mobile application "Widget Pet" (including any successor or rebranded name), together with all features, tools, content, and updates.
-Device means any device used to access the Service.
-Service means, collectively, the Application, any associated website, software, content, image-generation tools, and any other services we offer.
-User Content means any photos, images, text, metadata, or other content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service (including pet photos and any content used to generate widget or skin images).

-You means the individual using the Service or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses the Service.
2. Agreement to Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and the Widget Pet Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Disclaimers (Content and AI-Generated Outputs)
-The Service uses automated and artificial intelligence systems to generate images and "skins" based on User Content. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, variations, or unexpected results.
-You acknowledge and agree that generated content:
-is not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or meet your expectations
-may differ from the original input (including your pet's appearance, features, or details)
-may vary between generations, even when using the same input
-The Service does not guarantee that any generated result will be satisfactory or free of errors.
-If you are not satisfied with a generated result, you may contact us through the Service. We may, at our sole discretion, review and provide a regenerated or adjusted result where feasible. We are not obligated to provide corrections, replacements, or refunds.
-The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind (e.g., veterinary, legal, or otherwise). You should rely on qualified professionals for such advice.
5. User Content; License Grant
-By submitting User Content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to that content.
-You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, and modify your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating widgets and skins.
-We do not publicly display your User Content without your consent.
-You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited.
6. Prohibited Uses
-Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
-Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
-Interfere with or disrupt the Service
-Use the Service in violation of applicable law
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and In-App Purchases
-Purchases and subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store. Their terms govern payments, renewals, and refunds.
-Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the store's policies.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other lawful reasons.
11. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or (b) USD 100.
-We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Copyright
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
